Susan Byrne- co-owner/director of A Performing Arts academy. Owner and Artistic Director of Dance Exclusive in Swampscott for 18 years and 19 years of classical dance training. Former instructor at the Deane School of Dance in Salem, Co-Director of the New England Broadway Connection and Assistant Director of the New England Ballet Ensemble.

Seanna Chmura- co-owner/director of A Performing Arts academy. Owner and Artistic Director of The Deane School in Salem for 17 years. Miss Seanna was classically trained by her Grandmother, Miss Helen Deane Basset (Founder of the Deane School of Dance in Salem, 1934). Co-Director of the New England Broadway Connection and the New England Ballet Ensemble, choreography for 8 seasons for Bishop Fenwick Drama Club.

Katie Machado- 3rd Grade teacher at the Coffin School in Marblehead, with 18 years of classical dance training. Former instructor of the Deane School of Dance and Dance Exclusive. Assistant Director of The New England Broadway Connection and former Coach of the Marblehead Dance Team

Full Day Summer Dance & Activity Program

Week 1: July 20th thru July 24th
Week 2: August 3rd thru August 7th
Week 3: August 10th thru August 14th

ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

• Daily morning dance classes
(ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, basic tumbling, Irish Step & theater games)

• 3 afternoons of swimming at the JCC pool in Marblehead

• 2 afternoons of fun activities (Movies, Mini Golf, Parks, Museums…)

OTHER ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

• Dance vocabulary

• Health & nutrition worksheets

• Basic arts & crafts projects

TIME

9:00 AM - Drop off at A Performing Arts Academy

96 Swampscott Rd. in Salem

4:00 PM - Pick up

PLEASE BRING

All dance shoes every day (we have extra shoes available)
Wear dance clothing, bike shorts are acceptable
Daily snacks provided, students bring their own lunch & drink.

TUITION

Ages 5 and up

$235 per Full Week
