• Payments may be made by cash, check or credit card on or before their due date. Credit cards on file will be charged on the 7th day of the month it is due if other form of payment has not been received or if you have selected auto pay. All credit card information will be kept confidential. If payments are more than two weeks late, there will be a $10.00 late fee unless other arrangements have been made.

• A deposit of $40.00 per costume, per student is due the week of October 1, 2008. (Kindergarten ballet / tap should give 1 deposit; all other students should give 1 deposit per class they attend weekly.) Balances will be given and due in December before vacation. Costumes will not be ordered without payments. Costumes will not be distributed if balances are due.

• Advanced Students Only  Private lessons may be arranged at any time during the year. However, routines must be started no later than January in order to perform in the recital. Students with poor attendance will not be considered for lessons. Private lessons will start and end at scheduled times, so don’t be late!
  
  
• Routines...$250.00 ($150.00 deposit, $100.00 on completion of routine)
  Each additional person...add $25.00

• There will be vacations in Nov. - Dec. - Feb. - April.  Dates will be posted and announced.

• If there is no school in Salem or Swampscott, there is no dancing school. Students coming to late afternoon classes and Saturday or Sunday rehearsals should always call before coming on snowy or icy days.
• The studio will not call you if a class has been canceled, so it is always best to call if the weather is in question.

• The recital is held at the end of the year. It is a wonderful experience for all who participate! If you wish your child to participate you will need to purchase the appropriate costume that is provided by the instructor and tickets to attend the performance.

• Please make sure you give a current e-mail address to be added to the e-mail list to stay informed throughout the year!

We try to make dance class a rewarding experience for all children. We provide an atmosphere that all of the children progress at there own speed, and create a positive self-image.
